**Job Title** Senior Industrial Buyer **Role Summary** Lead procurement for a multi‑site industrial organization, managing annual spend of €25M+ at Surys, coordinating purchasing at Fase‑Italy and GSI‑Germany (€14M+), and overseeing commodity management for holographic film and chemical products. Drive strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract management, financial reporting, and supply‑chain alignment to support production and business objectives. **Expectations** - Deliver cost savings, volume, quality, delivery, and compliance targets. - Maintain strong supplier relationships and enforce contractual terms. - Report accurately on spend, savings, and supplier performance to finance and business units. - Engage cross‑functional teams (Industrialization, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, Legal) to align purchasing strategy with product and market needs. - Operate in an international, multi‑country environment with strong English communication. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Negotiation & Contracting** – set price, volume, delivery, quality KPIs; negotiate terms; prepare and validate contracts with legal support. 2. **Supplier Management** – rationalise supplier base, manage double‑sourcing, score suppliers, resolve disputes, and ensure compliance with agreed terms. 3. **Budget & Reporting** – track spend, monitor budget vs. forecast, prepare purchase dashboards, and report to finance and business leaders. 4. **Supply‑Chain Support** – forecast material requirements, process purchase orders and contracts in SAP; maintain ERP supplier data. 5. **Market & Strategic Analysis** – conduct technology and economic market scouting, translate insights into actionable commodity‑level strategies, and set qualitative and quantitative objectives. 6. **Cross‑Site Coordination** – align purchasing activities across Surys, Fase‑Italy, and GSI‑Germany, ensuring consistent policies and best practices. **Required Skills** - Advanced negotiation techniques and supplier selection (RFI, RFP, tendering). - Supplier evaluation & rating, risk assessment, and double‑sourcing management. - Contract law basics, particularly international terms (incoterms, payment, warranties). - Logistics & import/export regulations, duty, customs, transport, insurance, currency. - SAP Procurement, SAP MM or PS modules; strong Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros). - PowerPoint for stakeholder presentations. - Analytical mindset: data‑driven decision making, cost‑benefit analysis. - Excellent written and spoken English; French knowledge is an asset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Graduate from a generalist or chemistry‑specialised engineering school, or a business school with technical industrial focus. - 8–12 years of procurement experience in an industrial setting, including multi‑site and category management. - Advanced procurement certification (CIPS Level 3+ or equivalent) or a specialised postgraduate degree in procurement is a plus.

**Job Title:** Formal Methods Engineer **Role Summary:** Engineer responsible for applying formal verification techniques to critical embedded components (smartcard OS, JCVM, cryptographic libraries) to ensure security, performance, and compliance with certification standards (Common Criteria, FIPS).
