Job Description
**Job Title:** Resilience Vulnerability Management Lead **Role Summary** Lead resilience assessments and vulnerability management for critical applications, ensuring compliance with operational resilience standards and regulatory requirements. Drive end-to-end vulnerability lifecycle processes and collaborate across teams to mitigate risks and prioritize remediation actions. **Expectations** Minimum 3 years’ experience in operational resilience, risk management, or vulnerability management within a large financial institution. Strong knowledge of resilience frameworks, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct resilience assessments (TRVA) for front-office and back-office applications, analyzing architecture documents and incident data to identify vulnerabilities. - Prepare vulnerability reports, consolidate findings, and prioritize remediation actions for stakeholder approval. - Manage vulnerability lifecycle including creation, tolerance assessment, tracking, remediation, and closure governance. - Collaborate with IT Service Owners to address risk gaps, document mitigation plans, and ensure alignment with Evergreening initiatives. - Support Lines of Business in tolerance assessments, impact analyses, and vulnerability severity classification. - Prepare governance documentation (closure packs, executive summaries) and represent the team in forums. - Test vulnerability portal features, provide feedback, and contribute to product backlogs. - Participate in daily/weekly resilience and vulnerability management meetings with stakeholders. **Required Skills** - Mastery of operational resilience frameworks and vulnerability lifecycle management. - Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing application risks. - Excellent communication to convey technical findings to technical/non-technical stakeholders. - Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration. - Attention to detail in preparing reports, metrics, and governance documentation. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Proven domain experience in banking/insurance sector preferred.
