Senior Product Manager
**Role Summary**
Own end‑to‑end product strategy for a B2C healthtech platform, driving user acquisition, activation, and retention to support rapid growth and long‑term loyalty.
**Expectations**
- Deliver measurable growth metrics (MAU, transaction volume, retention rate).
- Operate in a fast‑paced, experimental environment with clear priority focus.
- Lead, coach, and influence cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and iterate the product roadmap for acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives.
- Prioritize features based on user data, market trends, and business impact using OKRs/KPIs.
- Own end‑to‑end experiment cycle: hypothesis, design, run, analyze, learn, and scale.
- Collaborate with UX/UI, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, and Customer Success to launch new product flows.
- Communicate product vision, progress and outcomes to senior leadership and external partners.
- Mentor junior Product Managers and foster a data‑driven, customer‑centric culture.
**Required Skills**
- Proven B2C product management experience (minimum 5 years).
- Demonstrated success in building acquisition, activation, and retention funnels (0‑1 product experience preferred).
- Strong analytical mindset: proficiency in SQL, data dashboards, statistical testing, and interpreting user metrics.
- Experience with Agile Scrum (Product Owner/Scrum Master) and product discovery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Leadership qualities: coaching, influencing, and motivating cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to translate deep user insights into elegant, testable product solutions.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing or a related field.
- PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or Product Management certification is a plus.
