Information Technology Support Engineer
Job Description
Job title: IT Support Analyst Role Summary: Provide high‑level, hands‑on technical support for senior executives and remote users in a fast‑moving environment. Ensure reliable operation of laptops, mobile devices, Microsoft 365, network connectivity, and meeting room technology. Act as the primary point of contact for all IT support needs in the London office. Expectations: Deliver responsive, professional service to senior stakeholders; maintain documentation; collaborate with infrastructure and security teams; own end‑to‑end user experience. Key Responsibilities: • Support business users on‑site and remotely. • Configure and maintain laptops, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive). • Manage user accounts, permissions, and groups in Active Directory and Azure AD. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Exchange Online and hybrid environments. • Diagnose and resolve network, VPN, and remote access problems. • Configure, test, and support meeting‑room AV and video‑conferencing systems (Teams, Zoom, Webex). • Work with infrastructure and security teams to resolve complex technical incidents. • Maintain clear, up‑to‑date knowledge base and technical documentation. Required Skills: • Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and enterprise mobile device management. • Experience managing Active Directory and Azure AD. • Strong troubleshooting skills for networking, VPN, and remote access. • Familiarity with Exchange Online, hybrid mail, and collaboration tools. • Knowledge of AV systems and video‑conferencing platforms. • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interact professionally with senior leaders. • Ability to work independently in a high‑pressure environment. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent are highly desirable.
