**Job title** Sales Strategy and Operations Director **Role Summary** Oversee a cross-functional team of sales strategy, operations, enablement and technology specialists to design and execute the organization’s go‑to‑market (GTM) plans, ensuring revenue targets and profitability are met through streamlined processes, data-driven insights and effective stakeholder alignment. **Expactations** - Deliver scalable GTM motions and define sales strategy for diverse market segments. - Build and sustain relationships with C‑level stakeholders, aligning sales initiatives with corporate objectives. - Lead change management initiatives and cultivate a high-performing, collaborative culture. - Drive performance analysis and continuous improvement to elevate sales excellence. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead and develop a team of Sales Strategy, Operations, Enablement and Tools (CRM) managers. - Partner with the executive committee to set ambitious yet attainable sales goals, establish reporting frameworks, and monitor progress. - Design and implement metrics dashboards, process flows, and sales planning tools (territory, account, quota). - Coordinate with Finance, Marketing, Customer Care, IT and Finance to refine sales tools, processes, and governance. - Conduct market research, macro‑economic analysis, and deep dives to inform strategic decisions. - Support the operational cadence of Trading and MD meetings, quarterly and monthly business reviews. - Lead segmentation, territory/account planning, and off‑site strategy workshops. - Champion the adoption and evolution of sales systems and best practices across the business. **Required Skills** - Strategic, data‑driven decision making. - Proven leadership and team management experience. - Strong stakeholder engagement at the C‑suite level. - Deep knowledge of GTM strategy, sales operations and tools (CRM). - Expertise in change management and organizational transformation. - Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills. - Fluent in English. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree (Business, Finance, Strategy or related). - 20+ years of progressive experience: 5+ years in management consulting (McKinsey, BCG, etc.) and 15+ years in business roles. - Minimum 10 years of experience working directly with C‑level stakeholders. - Demonstrated track record in delivering scaled GTM motions, defining sales strategy, and leading large, cross‑functional teams.
