**Job Title** Lead Senior Developer **Role Summary** Lead the technical design, development, and delivery of a new SaaS real‑estate product. Supervise a cross‑functional front‑end and back‑end team, set architectural direction, embed AI capabilities, and ensure high quality standards while driving continuous innovation. **Expectations** - Deliver a scalable, robust solution on schedule. - Communicate complex requirements into clear, maintainable architecture. - Lead with autonomy, decisive judgment, and proactive problem‑solving. - Foster a high‑performance engineering culture rooted in best practices. **Key Responsibilities** - Supervise and mentor front‑end and back‑end developers. - Define overall system architecture and technology stack in partnership with the Chief Product & Technical Officer. - Integrate and manage AI/ML components to enhance product functionality. - Collaborate with Product Owner to estimate effort and create realistic technical roadmaps. - Enforce coding standards, code quality, database integrity, and documentation completeness. - Maintain active technology watch; propose improvements and new tools. - Drive continuous delivery practices and support iterative product releases. **Required Skills** - Extensive full‑stack development experience (React/Angular, Node.js/Java/Python, SQL/NoSQL). - Proven leadership in technical teams with strong autonomy and decision‑making. - Strong architectural thinking, system design, and technical vision. - Experience with AI/ML integration or ability to rapidly adopt such technologies. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes, sprint planning, and backlog refinement. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and translation of business needs into technical solutions. - Ability to influence and align cross‑functional stakeholders to succeed. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Professional certifications are an advantage: AWS/Azure Cloud, Azure AI, Scrum Master, or other relevant technical/leadership credentials.
