Contracts Coordinator
**Role Summary**
Coordinate end‑to‑end contract processes across multiple business lines, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and timely delivery. Provide high‑quality support to internal and external stakeholders while managing daily operational tasks, risk mitigation, and system maintenance.
**Expectations**
- Process over 70 client support tasks daily with a focus on accuracy.
- Serve as the primary gatekeeper for service order requests (SORs) and contractual activities.
- Maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and Bloomberg internal standards.
- Deliver responsive, platinum‑level service to clients, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and Operations teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Receive, validate, and process SORs; interpret and verify requests against policy.
- Create, execute, and archive contracts; manage signature verification and secure storage.
- Maintain global client and legal entity databases, ensuring data integrity and documentation.
- Manage contractual changes due to mergers, acquisitions, or restructurings.
- Respond to high‑volume inquiries via calls, chats, and tickets; resolve issues promptly.
- Liaise with Sales, Operations, Accounting, Installations, Negotiations, Legal, and Compliance to ensure seamless client experience.
- Troubleshoot system and database issues; collaborate with Engineering and Project Management on feature development (e.g., digital signing).
- Anticipate downstream impacts, proactively address obstacles, and ensure information quality before action.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field.
