**Job Title** Data & Insight Analyst **Role Summary** Provide analytical insights, BI reporting and data‑driven recommendations to improve commercial and operational performance within a financial services organization. **Expectations** - Deliver timely, accurate insights that influence trading metrics and profitability. - Own weekly/monthly operational reporting and spearhead deep‑dive analyses. - Enable a culture of data‑driven decision‑making and continuous improvement. - Actively support business initiatives and enhance data strategy execution. **Key Responsibilities** - Operate as a core Analytics team member, producing actionable insights for trading and commercial outcomes. - Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports on Azure. - Conduct regular business intelligence reporting and deep‑dive analysis to surface commercial insights. - Identify and recommend process improvements to drive efficiency and gross contribution. - Collaborate with business leaders to address analytic challenges and shape data practices. - Troubleshoot data issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and propose enhancements. - Contribute to wider data strategy, knowledge sharing and the adoption of best practices. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Experienced with Power BI (visualisations, DAX, report publishing). - Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiar with related business tools. - SQL knowledge and working with relational databases. - Project management and organisational skills in a fast‑moving environment. - Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem‑solving abilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics or related field. - Professional certifications preferred: Microsoft Power BI, SQL, or related analytic certificates.
