**Job Title:** Digital Content Specialist (12‑month contract)
**Role Summary:**
Responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and optimizing organic social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube for multiple North American brands. Works independently to prioritize competing workstreams, collaborates with paid media and broader digital teams, and provides data‑driven insights and recommendations to improve performance.
**Expectations:**
- Self‑starter who can manage day‑to‑day responsibilities independently.
- Proactively identifies risks and opportunities, recommends actions, and escalates issues early.
- Communicates clearly, adheres to brand standards, and meets tight deadlines across several brands.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with commercial priorities, seasonality, and campaign plans.
- Create or brief on‑brand assets (static, carousel, motion, stories, short‑form video) using Canva, Adobe CC, or equivalent.
- Write engaging platform‑specific copy, including hooks, CTAs, and localized adaptation of global assets.
- Schedule, publish, and QA posts; manage hashtags, tags, UTMs, and tracking.
- Monitor community interactions, escalating customer issues per agreed SLAs.
- Partner with North America paid media team: provide content, creative briefs, and messaging recommendations.
- Share audience insights and post‑click learnings to inform paid strategy.
- Collaborate with performance marketing, SEO, CRO, and brand teams to align social activity with broader digital objectives.
- Track performance (reach, impressions, engagement, clicks, conversions) using native analytics, Google Analytics, Sprinklr, HubSpot, etc.; produce dashboards and actionable commentary.
- Apply modular content principles to scale high‑performing formats across brands.
**Required Skills:**
- 3+ years’ social media management for B2C/B2B brands, ideally across multiple brands or markets.
- Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end organic social campaigns and content calendars.
- Proficient with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar design tools.
- Experience with social media management/analytics tools (Sprinklr, HubSpot, native platform insights).
- Strong analytical mindset; capability to extract insights from performance data and present visual reports.
- Excellent written English, attention to detail, and agility in adapting tone of voice.
- Exceptional organisational skills: multi‑brand, stakeholder, and deadline management with rapid context‑switching.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, able to work independently and recommend data‑driven actions without prompting.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- Certifications in social media management, digital marketing, or analytics (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Google Analytics, Sprinklr certifications) are desirable but not mandatory.
