Plan, execute, and optimise multi‑media campaigns, manage budgets, and use data analytics to drive growth in attendance, revenue, and sponsorship sales. **Expectations** - Deliver volume and revenue growth across face‑to‑face, virtual, and hybrid events. - Meet fast‑changing deadlines and maintain excellent attention to detail. - Collaborate with multiple brands and stakeholders to uphold brand guidelines. - Use performance metrics and market intelligence to inform dynamic investment decisions. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and execute brand‑enhancing marketing communication campaigns (email, web, print, social, events). - Generate targeted campaigns to raise awareness, drive interest, and achieve conversion actions. - Track, measure, and report all marketing activity against KPIs (open, click, CPR, CPA, ROI). - Grow and maintain a contact database for long‑term audience engagement. - Create needs‑based campaigns that articulate brand propositions within guidelines. - Coordinate cross‑channel activities to achieve consistent messaging. - Build customer data sets, analyse usage, and refine targeting to improve response rates. - Share insights and lessons learned to improve team performance. - Collaborate with data and digital teams to maximise sales effectiveness. - Manage event budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and adherence to best practice and legal requirements. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in events marketing, digital campaign management, and multi‑channel execution. - Strong analytical skills – able to interpret data, derive insights, and adjust tactics. - Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at stakeholder management. - Time‑management and organisational ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines. - Strategic thinking – develop and execute plans, spot opportunities, and innovate solutions. - Entrepreneurial mindset, self‑motivated, and collaborative team player. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent marketing diploma.
