**Job Title**: Senior Analyst, Reference & Index Data Management – Data Platforms
**Role Summary**
Senior Analyst in Data Operations driving the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of reference and index data throughout the trading lifecycle. Responsible for managing corporate action workflows, security master maintenance, reconciliations, data quality checks, and process automation to support investment operations and meet business SLAs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute core operations: corporate actions management, security setups, reconciliations, data quality checks, and notification workflows.
- Monitor and uphold data integrity, proactively identify issues, and implement resolutions.
- Drive automation and process enhancements; design and implement playbooks, reporting, and SLAs.
- Support strategic initiatives: improve metadata quality, strengthen data integrity controls, and institutionalize data knowledge.
- Collaborate with technology teams to build tools, analytics, and operational workflows that increase efficiency and insight.
- Evaluate new vendor solutions and emerging AI‑driven tools for integration into data operations.
**Required Skills**
- Strong background in data operations, data quality, and process automation.
- Proficiency with major financial data vendors (Bloomberg, S&P, Refinitiv) and their products.
- Knowledge of index methodologies, rebalancing processes, and security/master platforms (e.g., EDM – S&P Global, Eagle, Bloo).
- Ability to develop and maintain data playbooks, reports, and monitoring dashboards.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with metadata management and data governance principles.
- Awareness of AI‑driven tools and automation platforms for data operations.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or another quantitative discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in data operations or a related field.
- Certifications in data management or analytics (e.g., DAMA‑DMBOK, CLIP, or vendor‑specific courses) are a plus.
