**Job title:**
Engineering Business Manager – IT – CDS Orange H/F
**Role Summary:**
Drive commercial growth of the Center of Services for Orange, managing client relationships, expanding accounts, and overseeing consultant delivery. Act as a strategic hunting partner, responsible for account development, proposal management, and business performance metrics.
**Expectations:**
- 5+ years in an ESN/business management role.
- Proven record of developing and managing strategic IT accounts, particularly with Orange (rank B or 2).
- Deep understanding of IT domains (infra, network, cloud, cyber‑security, data, digital).
- Strong commercial writing, negotiation and closing skills.
- Autonomous, results‑oriented hunter with excellent stakeholder engagement.
- Team leadership and delivery mindset.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Identify, target and prospect new strategic sites within the Orange portfolio.
2. Expand existing Orange accounts, leveraging internal knowledge and stakeholder mapping.
3. Design and execute a commercial action plan for the assigned zone.
4. Own the full sales cycle: needs qualification, proposal drafting, presentation, negotiation, closing.
5. Maintain lasting relationships with key decision‑makers (managers, domain heads, procurement).
6. Collaborate with recruitment to select suitable consultant profiles.
7. Monitor consultant performance on missions, ensuring client & consultant satisfaction.
8. Track and report on business KPIs (revenue, margin, staffing, profitability).
9. Contribute to the agency’s overall commercial strategy and ensure contractual compliance.
**Required Skills:**

**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Undergraduate to Master’s level (Bac + 3 to Bac + 5) in commerce, management, IT or equivalent.
- ESN/business manager experience is essential; certifications in sales or project management are a plus.
