Job Description
Job Title: Business Developer – Industrial Cleaning Solutions (PCE) Role Summary: Drive sales growth in targeted French departments by identifying, qualifying, and closing new industrial cleaning accounts across automotive, aerospace, agri-food, and other sectors. Act as the primary commercial liaison, collaborating with Sales, Service, and Operations teams to deliver tailored cleaning solutions and ensure customer satisfaction from prospecting to contract execution. Expectations: - Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets in line with company KPIs (revenue, conversion rate, number of qualified meetings). - Maintain accurate, up-to-date activity records in the CRM. - Regularly report performance metrics and insights to cross‑functional teams. - Contribute to process improvements and best‑practice sharing within the commercial group. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect new accounts and develop a pipeline of opportunities within designated departments. - Conduct client needs assessments, propose value‑added cleaning solutions, and prepare customized offers. - Lead all sales stages: initial contact, presentation, negotiation, and contract close. - Coordinate with technical and logistics teams to ensure solution feasibility and delivery. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy. - Manage post‑sale handover to Service & Operations for implementation and follow‑up. - Track and report key performance indicators (sales volume, win rate, appointment rate). - Participate in internal meetings and share learnings with Marketing, Service, and Operations. Required Skills: - Proven sales experience in a structured environment, preferably within the industrial or service sector. - Strong communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal). - Ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into effective solutions. - Analytical mindset; comfortable using CRM and sales dashboards to track performance. - Self‑motivated, disciplined in following sales processes and achieving targets. - Team player who collaborates seamlessly across functional teams. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum of a BAC+2 (associate degree) in Commerce, Business Development, or equivalent. - Any industry‑specific certifications or knowledge of industrial cleaning/compliance standards is a plus.
