Job title: HR Transformation Intern Role Summary: Support the design, coordination, and execution of diverse HR transformation projects that enhance employee experience, engagement, learning, wellbeing, and leadership development across a large healthcare organization. Key Responsibilities: * Plan, coordinate, and track multiple HR transformation initiatives, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are maintained. * Collaborate closely with HR team members and business stakeholders to guarantee consistent messaging and efficient project delivery. * Collect, analyze, and report on employee feedback and survey data to inform HR decision‑making. * Perform administrative duties: manage confidential records, support reporting processes, and monitor requests. * Assist in the planning and execution of internal events, workshops, training sessions, and wellbeing activities. * Create and distribute internal communications (emails, updates, presentations, toolkits, briefing materials) to support HR programs. * Support the rollout of key HR initiatives, including performance management, engagement, learning & development, wellbeing, and leadership programs. Required Skills: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Strong written and verbal communication, with clear and concise messaging. * Organizational and project coordination skills with meticulous attention to detail. * Analytical mindset to interpret survey data and generate actionable insights. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion. * Initiative and proactivity in identifying opportunities for improvement. Required Education & Certifications: * Enrolled in or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a closely related discipline. * Prior entry‑level HR experience or internship preferred.
