Job Description
**Job Title:** Test Manager **Role Summary:** Lead end‑to‑end testing for a 12‑month Platform Modernisation Programme, focusing on Data Migration across multiple platforms. Manage test strategy, resources, environment, and documentation while ensuring compliance with data security standards and maintaining quality and risk‑based testing practices. **Expectations:** - Deliver timely, high‑quality test results that support project milestones. - Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and external partners. - Continuously improve testing processes and team performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain programme resource plan and manage allocated resources. - Define and document test strategies, processes, and procedures for in‑scope projects. - Oversee test environment and data requirements, ensuring adherence to security and usage policies. - Provide regular reports and data insights on testing progress and quality. - Review and audit test documentation, scripts, and coverage for accuracy and completeness. - Build and maintain relationships with third‑party providers and partners. - Represent Business Change in planning, project, and release forums. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience as a Test Manager, managing Data Migration and large, complex multi‑platform projects. - Strong knowledge of Jira and Azure DevOps (Azdo). - Demonstrated understanding of risk‑based testing techniques and industry best practices. - Familiarity with various development methodologies and testing approaches. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Leadership abilities with a focus on positive team dynamics and continuous improvement. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum university degree (any discipline). - ISEB Foundation Level in Software Testing (desired but not mandatory).
