Job Title: Infrastructure Support Engineer
Role Summary:
Support and optimize OpenLink Endur ETRM environments, overseeing installation, performance tuning, and cloud integration while ensuring smooth operation across DEV, QA, UAT, and PROD stages.
Expectations:
Deliver robust, high‑availability Endur deployments in Azure; maintain performance standards; automate deployments, manage upgrades, and troubleshoot connectivity, service, and database issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, deploy, and support OpenLink Endur environments.
- Deploy, configure, and tune Endur ETRM systems on Azure.
- Manage multiple Endur environments (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD) for consistency and performance.
- Lead or assist in Endur version upgrades and patching.
- Resolve technical issues: connectivity failures, service outages, database bottlenecks.
- Maintain gateways, domain/cluster/grid services, and Endur interfaces (ICE, CME, WS, MDT).
- Develop and maintain PowerShell, SQL, batch, and shell scripts for automation.
- Implement Git-based DevOps workflows and Azure Pipeline build/release orchestration.
- Perform performance tuning on Endur and supporting infrastructure (Oracle/MSSQL).
Required Skills:
- Extensive hands‑on experience with OpenLink Endur environment management (installation & configuration).
- Deep understanding of Endur architecture, deployment structures, and EOD workflows.
- Proficient with Azure cloud services and related Endur dependencies.
- Strong SQL skills with performance tuning for Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.
- PowerShell and shell scripting expertise.
- DevOps experience: Git, automated code deployment, Azure Pipelines (build, release, CI/CD).
- Knowledge of domain services: Connex gateways, domain/cluster/grid services.
- Understanding of interfaces: ICE, CME, WS Gateway, MDT.
- Familiarity with ETRM/CTRM systems, trading workflows, risk management, trade capture, market risk, back‑office, accounting, and End‑of‑Day processes.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Certifications in Azure (e.g., AZ-103/104) and/or Endur/CTRM are highly desirable.
