Job Description
Job Title: Client Services Account Manager Role Summary: Oversees client accounts to ensure service excellence, renewal, and growth by aligning client needs with product offerings. Expectations: Deliver high-quality account management, achieve revenue targets, and identify growth opportunities within assigned client portfolio. Key Responsibilities: - Manage full lifecycle of client accounts from onboarding to renewal and growth. - Develop long-term client relationships to understand needs and recommend Barbour ABI products/services. - Achieve monthly revenue targets through service renewals and upselling. - Schedule and conduct client reviews via Teams to assess satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities. - Resolve client requests, queries, and training needs promptly and effectively. - Log all client interactions on CRM systems accurately. - Communicate product updates and market insights to clients. - Provide actionable feedback to improve service offerings. Required Skills: - Proven experience in client services/account management roles. - Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills. - Sales target achievement focus and objection-handling expertise. - High attention to detail and organizational capabilities. - Proficiency in administrative tasks and CRM tools. - Ability to prioritize under time constraints and meet tight deadlines. Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
