**Job Title** Project Manager (Professional) **Role Summary** Lead the initial customer onboarding phase for Professional Services projects, engaging clients, reviewing contracts, coordinating transition meetings, managing documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth handover to project managers in a hybrid contract environment. **Expactations** - 3–5 years of professional project management experience. - Proficiency with document management systems and Microsoft 365. - Familiarity with Pagero’s product suite is preferred. **Key Responsibilities** - Facilitate client onboarding and early engagement activities. - Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with project scope and timelines. - Organize and conduct transition meetings between client teams and internal stakeholders. - Maintain accurate documentation, including project plans, status reports, and knowledge transfer materials. - Coordinate internal resources, manage timelines, and track progress across multiple onboarding processes. - Share knowledge and lessons learned with the wider project management community. - Ensure a seamless handover to senior project managers upon completion of the onboarding phase. **Required Skills** - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Effective written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient use of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams). - Experience with document management tools and processes. - Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and manage expectations. - Adaptability to work in hybrid/wireless settings. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. - Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is preferred but not mandatory.
