**Job Title:** Compliance Administrator **Role Summary** Ensure legal compliance and operational integrity across global staffing operations, with a focus on candidate onboarding, GDPR adherence, and regulatory compliance. **Expectations** - Degree-educated with commercial awareness - Balance compliance and business efficiency - Proven process improvement initiative **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and maintain compliance protocols, risk frameworks, and documentation for US, UK, and global operations. - Review candidate engagement models (PAYE, umbrella, international contractor) for regulatory alignment. - Conduct compliance checks to verify worker classification and engagement legitimacy. - Manage candidate onboarding compliance, verifying right-to-work documents and eligibility pre-assignment. - Resolve compliance queries, collaborate with stakeholders to ensure documentation completeness. - Execute CRM and compliance audits to identify risks and ensure process adherence. - Oversee contractor lifecycle compliance, including extensions, termination, and IR35 audits. - Support data privacy initiatives, managing retention, access requests, and data deletion as required. - Implement compliance systems, processes, and projects to enhance operational efficiency. **Required Skills** - Degree in relevant field (e.g., compliance, business, law). - Experience in temporary staffing, contract compliance, and recruitment processes. - Familiarity with global labor regulations, EU/US compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, IR35). - CRM system proficiency (Mercury preferred). - Strong contract understanding, attention to detail, and analytical capabilities. - Excellent verbal/written communication, conflict resolution, and multitasking skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel critical), AI tools (e.g., Copilot) advantageous. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in business, law, compliance, or related discipline. - Relevant compliance certifications (e.g., GDPR training) advantageous but not mandatory.
