AI Product Manager – Digital Performance
Role Summary
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of AI‑driven digital acquisition strategies for a global financial services group. Partner with local entities to align acquisition plans with corporate guidelines, enhance performance across SEO, SEA, social, and programmatic channels, and elevate teams’ AI capabilities.
Expectations
- Deliver measurable lift in acquisition metrics through AI integration.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on AI tools, frameworks and best practices within marketing acquisition.
- Foster cross‑functional collaboration with data, automation, web/UX and CRM teams in a matrixed international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Structure and refine digital acquisition strategies for local units, maintaining consistency with group frameworks.
- Identify, evaluate, and deploy AI solutions (generative AI, NLP, recommendation engines, scoring models, automation) to improve SEO, SEA, social ads, targeting, content, and overall channel performance.
- Lead the implementation of AI tools and workflows, ensuring seamless integration with existing marketing technology stacks.
- Provide training and mentorship to marketing teams on AI usage, data tracking, attribution, and CRM integration.
- Collaborate with data analysts and data governance teams to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting.
- Translate AI opportunities into actionable roadmaps and detailed project plans.
- Monitor key performance indicators, adjust tactics, and report on ROI to senior stakeholders.
- Stay current on emerging AI technologies and industry best practices, proactively recommending enhancements.
Required Skills
- Proven digital product management experience in acquisition marketing (SEO, SEA, social, programmatic).
- Deep understanding of data tracking, attribution models, and CRM systems.
- Expertise in AI technologies applied to marketing: generative AI, NLP, scoring, recommendation, automation.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to convert AI insights into concrete action plans.
- Strong analytical, structured, performance‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management in international, matrixed settings.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications in digital marketing, AI/ML product management, or data analytics are highly desirable.
