**Job Title**
Azure GenAI / MLOps Engineer
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, deployment, and operational management of a secure, scalable GenAI platform on Microsoft Azure AI Foundry. Drive technical architecture, automate CI/CD pipelines, enforce governance, and ensure high availability of cloud infrastructure for critical business applications.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 5 years of experience building and operating mission‑critical cloud solutions.
- At least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Professional proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Proven track record with Microsoft Azure, especially Azure AI Foundry / OpenAI, and DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, network, and Zero‑Trust principles.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and evolve the overall technical architecture (integration, network, security, performance).
- Build and maintain IaC with Terraform and script automation with PowerShell.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, ensuring reproducible deployments.
- Establish governance and monitoring using Grafana, PowerBI, ServiceNow, Azure APIM, and Langfuse.
- Guarantee platform resilience, scalability, and incident‑management readiness.
- Conduct technology scouting on Azure, generative AI, and developer experience tools.
- Produce architecture documentation and deliver training/knowledge transfer to teams.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional groups: projects, cybersecurity, networking, support, and business units.
**Required Skills**
- Microsoft Azure (AI Foundry, OpenAI, Azure DevOps, Azure APIM, ServiceNow).
- Infrastructure‑as‑Code: Terraform.
- Scripting: PowerShell.
- Monitoring & Analytics: Grafana, PowerBI.
- Network & Security: VPN, RBAC, Zero‑Trust.
- DevOps & CI/CD fundamentals.
- Technical documentation and workshop facilitation.
- Leadership, self‑direction, and digital transformation mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Azure certifications preferred (e.g., AZ‑305, AZ‑400, or equivalent).
