Job Description
**Job Title** Executive Assistant **Role Summary** Provide high‑level executive support to the CEO and Talent & Culture leadership, managing calendars, travel, and day‑to‑day administrative tasks. Coordinate and execute employee engagement and culture initiatives, maintain vendor relationships, track engagement metrics, and support diversity & inclusion programs. Act as key liaison with the OMC Workplace team and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and culture‑building activities. **Expectations** - Maintain accurate executive schedules and prioritize requests. - Deliver timely, professional service to internal clients. - Execute culture and engagement events efficiently and within budget. - Track engagement metrics and recommend improvements. - Uphold confidentiality, attention to detail, and a proactive solution‑oriented mindset. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage CEO schedules, meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements. - Reconcile and submit monthly expense reports for executives. - Coordinate and execute annual employee engagement calendar and events. - Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, partners, and OMC team. - Track, analyze, and report engagement metrics; suggest program enhancements. - Support diversity & inclusion initiatives and other talent‑culture programs. - Assist the OMC Office Manager with workplace relations and monthly status updates. - Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for strategy and team meetings. **Required Skills** - Project management and event planning. - Superior organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - High level of digital literacy (MS Office Suite proficiency). - Strong customer‑service orientation and stakeholder management. - Attention to detail, critical thinking, problem‑solving, and resilience. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; **preferred**. - Optional: Microsoft Office Specialist certification or equivalent project‑management credential.
