Job Description: **Job Title** Cybersecurity Engineer – Insurance Sector **Role Summary** Support the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) in implementing and governing the organization’s information security program. Drive security projects, ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (DORA, GDPR), and maintain security posture across networks, systems, and cloud environments. **Expectations** - 2‑3 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, preferably within governance or audit. - Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. - Strong communication skills for stakeholder sensitization and reporting. **Key Responsibilities** - Define, lead, and monitor the roadmap for network and information system security projects. - Estimate, plan, and coordinate the execution of security initiatives. - Conduct continuous security threat intelligence and market watch. - Manage security governance in a GRC tool, tracking compliance and risk indicators. - Update security requirements and policies in response to emerging threats and digitalization (cloud, AI). - Enforce the Information Security Policy (PSSI) and alert on security risks. - Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of an IAM solution. - Ensure regulatory compliance (DORA, GDPR) and proper policy application. - Define and maintain security KPIs to measure performance and objectives. - Provide security awareness and training to business units. - Perform project risk analyses and maintain a vetted supplier security database. **Required Skills** - Deep knowledge of information security principles, with focus on infrastructure and application security. - Experience in security governance, risk management, and security audits. - Familiarity with security standards and frameworks: ISO 27001/27002, EBIOS, NIST. - Proficiency in project management and risk analysis methodologies. - Understanding of cloud security, IAM concepts, and emerging technologies (AI). - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to produce clear documentation and reports for senior management. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s (Bac+4) or Master’s (Bac+5) degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. - Preferred certifications (optional but advantageous): CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or equivalent.
