Lead technical direction, mentor junior developers, and champion best practices across the stack. Expactations: • Deliver high‑quality, maintainable code in a collaborative, Agile environment. • Drive architectural modernization, including microservices and DevSecOps. • Uphold OWASP security standards and continuously improve application performance. • Collaborate with Product, Design, and DevOps teams to shape the customer journey.
