**Job Title:** Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Graduate
**Role Summary:**
Entry‑level AI/ML developer in a global industrial software environment. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, build, deploy, monitor, and test AI and analytics services that enhance the product suite, focusing on data management, model training, and secure, high‑performance delivery.
**Expectations:**
- Recent graduate or equivalent with a strong academic foundation in AI/ML, programming, and statistics.
- Ability to work across distributed teams, manage multiple priorities, and maintain quality in a fast‑paced setting.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, develop, implement, and test AI capabilities for industrial software products.
- Manage end‑to‑end machine‑learning workflows: data curation, model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and testing.
- Collaborate with architects, domain experts, and product engineers to integrate AI into on‑prem, SaaS, desktop, web, and mobile applications.
- Assess the impact of AI updates on system architecture, performance, and security.
- Participate in code reviews, maintain version control, and document solutions.
**Required Skills:**
- Software development experience (internship or projects) with version control (Git).
- Strong understanding of ML concepts: training, data cleaning, bias, class imbalance, evaluation metrics.
- Proficiency in object‑oriented languages (Python, C#, Java, C++); Python preferred for ML.
- Knowledge of statistics, linear algebra, and computer vision fundamentals.
- Hands‑on experience with Python/Jupyter notebooks and ML libraries (scikit‑learn, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Ability to write clean, performant, scalable code and troubleshoot complex problems.
- Excellent time‑management, prioritisation, and communication skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- No mandatory certifications, but familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML services is advantageous.
