Job Description
**Job Title:** Customer Relationship Management Analyst (Contract) **Role Summary:** Provide data‑driven insights for a marketing agency’s loyalty programme by analyzing customer and campaign datasets. Transform complex data into actionable recommendations that enhance acquisition, growth, and retention for key clients. **Expectations:** - Deliver accurate, timely analyses that inform campaign planning and performance evaluation. - Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. - Maintain high data quality standards while handling large datasets. - Contribute to continuous improvement of analytics processes and reporting tools. **Key Responsibilities:** - Explore and assess customer and marketing data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and customer behaviour. - Generate count metrics and other quantitative support for campaign planning. - Identify patterns, trends, and insights to guide strategic decisions. - Execute analysis projects including RFM segmentation, lifetime value (LTV) modelling, churn, and retention analysis. - Create visual dashboards and reports using Power BI and/or Tableau. - Collaborate with agency teams and client representatives to ensure alignment of analytical outputs with business goals. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience in CRM/customer analytics, preferably within a marketing agency setting. - Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis. - Strong ability to work with large, complex datasets. - Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to diverse audiences. - Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable. - Analytical mindset with a focus on translating data into business recommendations. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Marketing, Economics, or a related quantitative field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Desktop Specialist) are a plus but not mandatory.
