Job Title: Early Careers Talent Manager
Role Summary:
Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of North America Intern and Graduate Rotational Programs. Own campus partnerships, talent acquisition, onboarding, and program operations to build a high‑performance early‑talent pipeline aligned with business needs.
Expectations:
- Deliver a scalable, data‑driven Early Careers strategy that attracts, selects, and retains diverse high‑potential talent.
- Ensure end‑to‑end program quality, from employer branding to graduation and alumni engagement.
- Optimize budget, vendors, and event ROI to meet financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Strategy & Architecture:** Define annual program structure (duration, placements, curriculum, assessment, graduation criteria) and operating plans.
- **Campus & Branding:** Manage campus channel portfolio, event calendar, and employer brand initiatives; collaborate with Communications on digital content to boost applications and offers.
- **Recruitment & Hiring Ops:** Lead fast, fair, bias‑mitigated selection processes, including structured interviews, assessment centers, and pre‑boarding.
- **Program Management & Onboarding:** Orchestrate orientation, learning agendas, mentorship, and community events; coordinate rotational assignments with HR Business Partners and functional leaders.
- **Performance & Development:** Facilitate performance checkpoints, manager enablement, and development conversations to support conversion and career progression.
- **Stakeholder & Vendor Leadership:** Act as primary contact for hiring managers, HRBPs, and vendors; negotiate contracts and manage partner relationships.
- **Learning & Leadership Design:** Develop and evolve leadership and learning offerings for interns and graduates.
- **Data & Continuous Improvement:** Track KPIs, analyze metrics, and implement enhancements to increase program effectiveness.
- **Budget Management:** Own the Early Careers budget, ensuring ROI for events, media, and partners, and reallocate resources to high‑impact channels.
Required Skills:
- Strong project/program management and event coordination.
- Excellent stakeholder influence, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Proven ability in talent acquisition, campus recruitment, or managing early‑talent programs.
- Experience with structured interviewing, validated assessments, and bias mitigation.
- Data‑driven mindset with proficiency in program analytics and reporting.
- Vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in talent pipelines.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑SH, HRCI PHR/SPHR) are a plus.
