Job Description
Job title: Automation Test Lead Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end automation testing, architecting reusable test frameworks and ensuring adherence to best practices across multiple projects. Own test strategy, planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication while driving team productivity and quality delivery. Expactations: Deliver high‑quality automated test suites that meet business and technical requirements; present progress and risks to clients and senior stakeholders; maintain coding standards and documentation; collaborate with DevOps to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines; continuously improve test coverage and ROI.
