Job Description
Job title: Business Development Executive Role Summary: Consultative sales professional responsible for generating new business and building long‑term strategic partnerships in IT, Cyber, Data and AI markets. Engages senior decision‑makers, crafts tailored propositions, and positions the firm as a trusted technology partner to modernize client operations and unlock value. Expactations: - Meet or exceed revenue targets and pipeline goals. - Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects. - Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to C‑level stakeholders. - Collaborate across sales, marketing and technical teams to close deals. - Build enduring client relationships that drive repeat and cross‑sell opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect using Microsoft Dynamics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales tools to secure high‑value introductions. - Conduct market research, stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity and client pain points. - Design and execute personalized outreach campaigns, including cold calls, emails and LinkedIn messaging. - Lead discovery meetings, consultative sales conversations and solution presentations. - Work with marketing to develop targeted content and campaigns that support the sales cycle. - Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline status and deal progression in CRM. - Partner with sales leaders, product and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs. - Provide market intelligence and feedback to influence product roadmap and marketing strategy. Required Skills: - Minimum 6 months experience in business development or similar sales role. - Strong communication and presentation skills in written and spoken English. - Customer‑service mindset with ability to build trust with senior executives. - Strategic planning and account‑management capabilities. - Technical aptitude to understand and discuss IT, Cyber, Data and AI solutions. - Decision‑making, problem‑solving and analytical thinking. - Process orientation and meticulous attention to detail. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or related field (preferred). - Relevant sales or technology certifications (e.g., CRM, Microsoft Certified, Salesforce Certified) considered an advantage.
