Job Description

**Job title** AI Operations Lead **Role Summary** Lead and grow a high‑impact AI Operations team that designs, builds, and scales internal automation and AI‑agent solutions to improve productivity across a global organization. Own delivery, prioritize cross‑team requests, and model best practices for AI tooling adoption. **Expectations** * Deliver measurable automation improvements for 2,500+ employees. * Demonstrate rapid value with two initial engineers and scale the function. * Act as an internal consultant, guiding Engineering on AI integration for customer‑facing products. * Maintain a healthy, scalable AI tooling stack and stay current on emerging AI platform relevance. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead two AI Ops Engineers, owning their delivery, development, and daily work. * Prioritize competing requests using a clear framework and refine it over time. * Build, ship, and maintain automations and AI agents that improve internal workflows. * Keep AI tooling (Claude, LangChain, MCP, Anthropic, Vercel, Railway, Entra, Notion, HiBob) healthy as usage scales. * Evaluate emerging AI tools and determine practical value versus hype. * Refine and share AI training for broader engineering and internal teams. **Required Skills** * Proven experience building automations with scripting, workflow tools, or AI‑assisted development. * Hands‑on expertise building agents using LangChain, MCP, Google ADK, or similar frameworks. * Background in enterprise tooling: rapid prototyping (Vercel/Railway), identity automation (Entra), internal platforms. * People‑leadership experience: mentoring engineers, owning team delivery, and development. * Strong product‑focused mindset – treat internal teams as customers and build functional tooling. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. * Professional certifications in AI, automation, or relevant enterprise tools are advantageous but not mandatory.
