Job Description
**Job Title:** Support Manager (F/H) **Role Summary:** Lead and coordinate the support service for a partner organization undergoing digital transformation. Ensure efficient operation, high service quality, and user satisfaction by managing support teams, overseeing incident handling, budgeting, and process improvement. **Expectations:** - Drive continuous improvement of support processes and service quality. - Maintain reliable IT infrastructure operation and user satisfaction. - Manage team performance, training, and professional development. - Align support activities with organizational objectives and emerging technologies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Supervise and motivate support technicians (planning, organization, performance evaluation). - Oversee all support operations, incident tracking, and intervention management. - Develop and monitor budgets for hardware upgrades and service evolution. - Conduct informational, planning, and follow‑up meetings for the support department. - Implement and refine processes to increase efficiency. - Perform annual performance reviews and define training plans for staff. **Required Skills:** - Strong technical knowledge of Windows servers & desktops, Office 365, and GLPI. - Understanding of public‑sector business strategies and emerging tech (distributed systems, virtualization, mobility, data lakes). - Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities. - Proven leadership, team‑working, autonomy, rigor, and adaptability. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum Bac+2 (associate degree) in Computer Science or related field. - At least 5 years of management experience, with significant experience in a similar support leadership role.
