Job Title: IT Project Manager
Role Summary: Lead IT projects from initiation to closure, coordinating cross‑functional technical teams, managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder expectations to deliver high‑quality solutions that align with business objectives.
Expactations: 2–10 years proven project management experience, Master’s degree in Management or Business, fluency in French and English (Dutch an asset), strong leadership, stakeholder communication, adaptability in matrixed/multicultural environments, and proficiency with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and close IT projects, defining scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
- Coordinate developers, engineers, architects, and external vendors; ensure resource availability and alignment with project plans.
- Apply Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall frameworks to develop detailed project plans and track progress.
- Monitor deliverables, quality, and timelines; conduct regular status reporting and post‑mortem analyses.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, communicate status and risks to business, senior management, and external partners.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and resolve technical or organizational issues proactively.
- Produce comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications and progress reports.
- Mentor team members on best practices for IT project management.
