**Job title**
Global Leadership Learning & Development Internship
**Role Summary**
Assist in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development initiatives for LVMH House. Focus on communication, digital platforms, and data analysis to support leadership programs.
**Expactations**
- Enrolled in the second year of a Master’s program in HR, organizational psychology, communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast‑paced, multicultural team.
- Proficient in English; French a plus.
- Valid right-to-work in the UK.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, launch, and monitor communication campaigns for L&D offerings (virtual, in‑person, hybrid).
- Produce creative written content, articles, and presentation materials for internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate marketing and communication plans with program directors and managers.
- Maintain and update learning pages on the internal website and LMS.
- Collect and analyze program data (feedback, learning outcomes, impact metrics) using Excel pivot tables.
- Create program evaluation dashboards and present insights to leadership.
- Manage administrative tasks: calendar coordination, logistics for trainings, workshops, and meetings worldwide.
- Support ad‑hoc projects and continuous improvement of leadership programs.
**Required Skills**
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong copy editing and proofreading.
- Analytical proficiency; expertise with Excel, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Experience with digital communication tools: intranets, LinkedIn, LumApps, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint.
- Design skills: Canva, Adobe Premiere/Final Cut Pro X (preferred).
- Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint & Excel) – advanced.
- Attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to thrive in collaborative environments.
- Strong organisational and calendar‑management abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Current enrollment in Master’s (M2) degree in HR, organizational psychology, communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or a closely related field.
