**Job Title:** Senior Technical Program Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex technical programmes that drive large‑scale logistics and supply‑chain transformation. Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align programmes with strategy, manage cross‑functional dependencies, and ensure timely, budget‑constrained delivery.
**Expectations:**
- Own programme lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring strategic alignment and business value.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and external suppliers, driving clear objectives, outcomes, and performance metrics (OKRs).
- Champion data‑driven decision making and modern digital behaviours across teams.
- Serve as a servant leader, coaching teams, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, execute, and close complex technical programmes; supervise multiple concurrent delivery streams.
- Manage cross‑team and cross‑vendor dependencies, risks, and budget controls.
- Develop and maintain business cases, secure investment, and monitor financial performance.
- Conduct impact assessments, challenge assumptions, scope, and delivery approaches.
- Lead platform upgrades, hardware/software enhancements, and proof‑of‑concept implementations.
- Apply appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, traditional) based on programme context.
- Ensure service‑first mindset, robust solutions, and operational effectiveness.
**Required Skills:**
- Extensive programme/project management experience across multiple delivery models.
- Proven leadership of large, multi‑faceted technology transformations.
- Strong Agile expertise and experience in service management for operational excellence.
- Ability to analyze operational data, metrics, and performance measures.
- Commercial acumen: cost, risk, supplier management.
- Excellent problem‑solving, stakeholder communication, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable in ambiguous environments; continuous improvement mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent program management certification preferred.
- Agile certification (Certified ScrumMaster, Scaled Agile Practitioner, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Experience in supply chain and logistics technology environments is essential.
