Job Description
**Job Title:** External & Internal Communications Intern **Role Summary:** Support the Global Communications Manager in executing a multi‑market communications strategy across France, Spain, and the UK. Bridge internal and external communication functions, drafting PR briefs, managing media coverage, creating employee advocacy content, and producing internal newsletter material. **Expactations (Experience & Qualifications):** - Current master’s or advanced bachelor’s candidate in Communications, Marketing, or related field. - Native proficiency in French; advanced English (C1). - Strong writing and storytelling skills, able to craft clear, compelling content. - Self‑starter with curiosity, organization, and adaptability across multiple topics. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **PR & Media Support** – Prepare briefs and background documents for agencies; maintain press coverage tracker (monitor, clip, report) for the three markets. 2. **Thought Leadership & Employee Advocacy** – Draft and review thought‑leadership pieces; write spokesperson briefing documents; develop messaging kits for employee advocacy initiatives. 3. **Internal Communications** – Produce internal newsletter content; format slide decks for company events; update intranet pages (homepage and key sections). 4. **Resource Management** – Keep global resource drive current (recordings, Q&A, slide decks, translations). 5. **Governance & Analysis** – Maintain annual communications calendar; assist with KPI tracking and reporting (media visibility, engagement, survey metrics). 6. **Collaboration & Innovation** – Participate in brainstorming sessions to elevate communications initiatives and apply new tools (AI assistants, social media). **Required Skills:** - Bilingual communication: French (native) & English (C1). - Excellent writing, editing, and editing for tone. - Strong research and analytical skills. - Familiarity with LinkedIn, AI writing assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.), Google Workspace. - Basic project‑management ability (scheduling, deadlines, coordination). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (or final‑year bachelor’s) in Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline. - No additional certifications required; ISO27001 reference is for internal background checks. ---
