Execute anti‑theft, stock‑turn, and promotional activities to maximise shelf visibility and sales. **Expectations** - Highly motivated, detail‑oriented, able to operate independently or in teams. - Strong commercial awareness and willingness to drive sales through merchandising. - Able to work early‑morning hours (5 a.m.–1 p.m.) and travel across multiple departments. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Conduct anti‑theft checks at product displays and secure shelving units. 2. Identify and execute rapid sell‑through opportunities for overstock items. 3. Maintain cleanliness and usability of display fixtures (vitrines, tubs). 4. Design, install, and optimise point‑of‑sale displays (T‑grams, islands, LPV) for maximum visibility. 5. Coordinate in‑store promotional events aligned with peak sale periods. 6. Refresh promotional setups to keep displays attractive and compliant with brand standards. 7. Re‑layout shelves and perform small re‑organisations, sometimes with Retail Coordinator. **Required Skills** - Retail merchandising experience, preferably in the grocery (GMS) sector. - Knowledge of ice‑cream or frozen‑goods merchandising is an asset. - Physical stamina; able to lift and rearrange displays. - Excellent communication with store managers and teams. - Proactive problem‑solving and time‑management. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum of secondary education (High School Diploma) or equivalent. - Prior role as a Merchandiser, Area Manager, or Retail coordinator acceptable. - No specific certifications required; in‑field training provided.
