Job title: VO2 Force – Salesforce Developer
Role Summary:
Develop, implement, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements, quality standards, and platform best practices. Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to design scalable integrations, optimize performance, and support continuous improvement of the Salesforce environment.

- Communicate effectively with business users, analysts, and quality assurance teams.
- Uphold security, data integrity, and Governor Limit compliance.
- Continuously improve development processes and tooling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Components, Visualforce pages, and Flow logic.
- Configure declarative features (Process Builder, Flow, Lightning App Builder, Record Types, Validation Rules).
- Create and manage integrations with external services via REST/SOAP APIs, exposing Apex REST endpoints.
- Write comprehensive unit tests (>75% coverage) and perform code reviews.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution architecture, and technical spec creation.
- Deploy code to multiple environments using Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Conduct testing (unit, integration, UAT), troubleshoot issues, and optimize production performance.
- Maintain technical documentation, release notes, and compliance artifacts.
Required Skills:
- Salesforce Platform development (Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Apex Triggers).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules), and governor limits.
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, outbound messaging, middleware).
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD concepts.
- Proficient in unit testing, code coverage metrics, and debugging tools.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory); Platform Developer II or Administrator certification preferred.
