Ensure interface consistency and uphold design quality across rapidly evolving product environments. 7. Contribute to the continuous development of company design practices, tools, and documentation. **Required Skills** - 4–5 years’ experience in product design with a strong portfolio. - Advanced proficiency with Figma (wireframing, UI design, prototyping). - Deep knowledge of UX fundamentals: workshops, user research, usability testing. - Experience designing retail or client‑facing interfaces, especially in luxury or high‑end contexts. - High attention to detail, strong sense of visual hierarchy, and a disciplined design workflow. - Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); French is a plus but not mandatory. - Autonomous, professional demeanor, balancing creativity with pragmatic delivery. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field. - No mandatory additional certifications required; familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes preferred.

Job title Finance MOA Consultant (AMOA Finance) Role Summary Serve as the primary liaison between finance leadership and IT teams to design, deliver, and sustain finance information system (SI) projects. Drive end‑to‑end finance project life cycles, ensuring alignment with business needs, regulatory requirements, and strategic objectives. Expactations - Deliver high‑quality, compliant finance systems solutions that support accounting, control, ALM, reporting, and security functions. - Maintain stakeholder confidence through transparent governance, effective communication, and proactive risk management. - Demonstrate continuous improvement mindset and adapt to evolving business and regulatory environments. Key Responsibilities - Lead project governance: prepare and chair steering and project committees, document decisions, and track deliverables. - Conduct business analysis: gather and formalise MOA requirements, produce functional specifications and user stories. - Define and manage system scope: conduct feasibility studies, value assessments, and change definition. - Oversee maintenance: plan and execute corrective and evolutionary maintenance for finance applications. - Ensure system readiness: manage configuration, functional qualification, and user acceptance testing. - Support change management: coordinate training, communications, and end‑user adoption activities. - Interface with finance and IT leaders: translate business requirements into IT solutions and vice versa. - Manage external procurement: evaluate tenders, draft RFPs, and support vendor selection.
