Professional Services Salesforce Administrator
**Role Summary**
Own and optimize Certinia PSA within Salesforce to enable scalable project tracking, resource management, billing, and forecasting for global professional services. Act as primary administrator, technical owner, and business‑to‑IT liaison, delivering automation, data governance, and continuous improvement.
**Expactations**
- Administer and enhance Certinia PSA and related Salesforce integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive user adoption, training, and support across services, finance, and operations.
- Maintain system security, compliance, and data integrity.
- Deliver ongoing system upgrades, feature releases, and performance optimizations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Configure PSA modules (project set‑up, milestones, resource scheduling, time/expense, billing, revenue forecasting).
- Serve as PSA point of contact for questions, escalations, and training.
- Manage user access, security roles, and audit compliance.
- Administer Salesforce‑Certinia integrations: custom workflows, automation rules, dashboards, and reporting.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers and IT on enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Gather stakeholder feedback, prioritize backlog items, and plan releases.
- Support UAT, change management, and adoption metrics.
- Document configurations, SOPs, and best‑practice guides.
**Required Skills**
- 3+ years in Certinia or Salesforce administration, business systems analysis, or development.
- 1+ year building Salesforce flows, automation, and customizations.
- Proficiency in SQL, SOQL, or similar relational querying.
- Strong understanding of professional services processes: project management, resource planning, timekeeping, billing.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Independent, self‑directed, and effective in fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (or higher) is required; Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I, or equivalent is preferred.
