**Job Title** Technical Solution Engineer **Role Summary** Provide second‑tier technical support for clients migrating to a secure cloud solution that combines Thales security expertise with Google Cloud Platform services. Solve incidents, ensure SLA compliance, and act as a liaison between customers, internal product teams, and Google Cloud operations to drive service improvement and client satisfaction. **Expectations** - Minimum 3 years of client support or system integration experience. - Proven ability to communicate clearly, build rapport, and handle high‑pressure situations with precision. - Extensive knowledge of Linux/Unix, networking, security fundamentals, shell scripting, log analysis, databases, and system monitoring/automation tools. - Familiarity with public‑cloud services, especially Google Cloud Platform (data‑protection, encryption controls). - Willingness to work 24/7, including on‑call duty and weekend coverage. - Successful completion of a background check and security clearance (aligned with SecNumCloud/ANSSI requirements). **Key Responsibilities** 1. Deliver Level‑2 support: diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve client incidents while meeting SLA targets. 2. Communicate incident status to customers and coordinate with Level‑3 internal teams. 3.
