**Job Title:**
Technical Architect
**Role Summary:**
Lead the design, governance, and delivery of end‑to‑end technology solutions across enterprise divisions. Produce high‑quality architectural artefacts, ensure alignment with enterprise strategies, standards, and roadmaps, and guide project teams in implementing Salesforce, AWS, and digital/data platforms. Act as a key liaison between business, product, security, and architecture stakeholders.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver architecturally sound, cost‑effective solutions that meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Provide clear, documented designs (HLD, LLD, impact assessments) and review supplier deliverables.
- Drive resolution of technical dependencies and feasibility issues.
- Contribute to digital and data strategy execution and innovation initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and produce architectural artefacts from high‑level concepts to detailed solution designs, covering integration, risks, costs, and dependencies.
- Support and guide project and product teams through solution implementation and technical issue resolution.
- Participate in architecture governance, reviewing internal and external artefacts for compliance with standards.
- Develop and maintain divisional roadmaps, assessing scope, impact, and prioritisation of changes.
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture and product groups to define strategies, standards, and roadmaps.
- Identify technology‑driven innovation opportunities and shape design proposals for quick‑win benefits.
- Engage stakeholders to perform capability gap and maturity assessments, documenting future architecture.
- Research emerging technology trends and evaluate their applicability to the client’s environment.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience as a Technical/Solution Architect in multi‑technology, end‑to‑end solution delivery.
- Hands‑on Salesforce solution architecture (platform, integration patterns, best practices).
- Strong experience with AWS services and designing digital/data platform solutions.
- Proficiency in producing HLD/LLD, Architectural Impact Assessments, and solution documentation.
- Familiarity with architecture frameworks/methods (TOGAF, UML); TOGAF certification desirable.
- Knowledge of O365/SharePoint, integration technologies, data management/analysis tools (nice to have).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong critical thinking, problem‑solving, and ability to work with incomplete information.
- Commercial awareness, cost estimation, and understanding of procurement frameworks.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- TOGAF certification (preferred).
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Platform Architect) – preferred.
- AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) – preferred.
