Senior Software Engineer
Job Description
Job title: Senior Software Engineer Role Summary: Lead hands‑on development of .NET Core and Azure microservices that enable customer integrations and new product features. Work closely with product, client stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver clean, test‑driven, event‑driven solutions. Expactations: - Own end‑to‑end delivery of new and integrated features for key clients. - Create high‑quality, maintainable code under Agile practices. - Communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. - Participate in architecture discussions and uphold SOLID & TDD principles. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and extend microservices using C# .NET Core on Azure. - Develop and deploy new product enhancements across existing and onboarding clients. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and customer stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions. - Write unit, integration, and automation tests following TDD practices. - Use Azure DevOps pipelines to automate CI/CD, release management, and monitoring. - Review code, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers. Required Skills: - Proficient in C# .NET Core and Azure services (e.g., App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, AKS). - Experience building microservices, event‑driven architectures, and API integrations. - Strong knowledge of SOLID principles, design patterns, and test‑driven development. - Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code. - Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders. - Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and comfortable handling a mix of feature development and integration tasks. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Relevant Azure certifications (e.g., AZ‑204, AZ‑303) preferred but not mandatory.
