**Job Title**
Senior Product Manager – Lead, Booker
**Role Summary**
Own a critical segment of the booking platform, driving multi‑year strategy for core SaaS workflows (POS, memberships, scheduling, reporting) and foundation layers (reliability, data, payments). Modernize legacy systems, reduce technical debt, and unlock revenue‑driving levers while ensuring high customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
**Expectations**
- Demonstrated success delivering high‑impact B2B SaaS products in mission‑critical or high‑volume operational domains (POS, scheduling, memberships, CRM, payments).
- Proven ability to modernize and simplify complex, legacy systems at scale.
- Strong technical insight, analytical rigor, and data‑driven decision making.
- Effective cross‑functional leadership, influencing engineering, design, support, sales, finance, compliance, and executive teams.
- Agile mindset with experience in discovery, iterative delivery, and rapid experimentation.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Define and execute a 3+ year product strategy for Booker, focusing on modernization, reliability, and revenue optimization.
2. Maintain a coherent, defensible roadmap aligned with platform modernization and ecosystem integration goals.
3. Collaborate with engineering and design to simplify workflows, reduce tech debt, and enhance performance, data integrity, and reliability.
4. Lead initiatives that unlock revenue levers: membership enhancements, POS modernization, payments attachment, advanced reporting/analytics.
5. Deeply understand the customer base (single‑location salons to multi‑location spas) and translate insights into product decisions.
6. Establish, monitor, and report on success metrics across reliability (success rate, latency, errors), adoption, retention, churn, and revenue impact.
7. Partner with support, sales, and customer success to ensure smooth launches, high‑quality rollouts, and clear communication of changes.
8. Align cross‑functional teams (finance, compliance, R&A, international, platform) as Booker evolves within the broader ecosystem.
9. Manage complex execution dependencies, sequencing foundational work with customer‑facing enhancements.
**Required Skills**
- B2B SaaS product management, with experience in POS, scheduling, memberships, CRM, or payments.
- Expertise in modernizing legacy systems, simplifying complex workflows, and building scalable solutions.
- Strong technical and analytical capabilities; comfortable with system behavior, performance tuning, and architectural trade‑offs.
- Data proficiency: querying and interpreting data using Snowflake/EDW, Sigma, SQL, dbt, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of payment, billing, compliance, or financial systems preferred.
- Agile discovery and iterative delivery experience.
- Cross‑functional leadership and influence, with excellent stakeholder management.
- Customer empathy and data‑driven product intuition.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Product Management certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Marketing, or similar) are desirable.
