Job Title: Supplier Manager
Role Summary
The Supplier Manager owns and governs the end‑to‑end supplier onboarding framework, ensuring vendors are assessed, approved, and integrated in a controlled, compliant, and efficient manner. The role reduces operational and regulatory risk, maintains audit readiness, and safeguards service integrity.

- Align supplier engagement with commercial, technical, and regulatory standards.
- Actively mitigate risk, protect data security, and preserve the organisation’s reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Supplier Onboarding Framework, updating policies, controls, and workflows.
- Conduct due‑diligence and risk assessment with finance, legal, security, GRC, and operations teams.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, approval records, and audit trails.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders (procurement, legal, finance, IT, GRC) to ensure timely, consistent onboarding.
- Manage the Approved Supplier List (PSL) and evaluate new onboarding requests against PSL capabilities.
