**Job Title:** Talent Experience Lead (12 Month FTC) **Role Summary:** Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition and onboarding for entry to mid‑level roles within the People Team. Serve as recruitment advisor, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and compliant onboarding from contract issuance to system integration. **Expactations:** - Deliver high‑quality recruitment and onboarding outcomes within a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. - Provide expert advice on hiring, vetting, and contract management to internal stakeholders. - Maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy in the applicant tracking system (ATS). - Foster collaboration across Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and business units to create a unified employee journey. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Manage ATS: data entry, accuracy, reporting, and talent pooling for succession planning. 4. Screen applications, conduct interviews, and support selection to ensure excellent candidate experience. 5. Oversee full onboarding: contract issuance, vetting, induction planning, and HRIS data capture. 6. Coordinate induction activities with managers and departments for engaging new‑hire experiences. 7. Support hiring managers with onboarding guidance and consistency. 8. Collaborate with People Services and the wider People Team on people initiatives, process optimisation, and retention projects. 9. Act as liaison between Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and business stakeholders to align employee journey. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience managing recruitment and onboarding in an in‑house environment. - Strong understanding of hiring practices, pre‑employment vetting, contract management, and onboarding. - Expertise in ATS administration, data accuracy, reporting, and talent pooling. - Excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple campaigns. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, building relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams. - Proactive, solution‑focused mindset with a commitment to superior candidate and employee experience. - Collaborative teamwork with cross‑functional partners and operational leaders. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. - Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM‑CP) a plus.
