Job Description: Job title: Senior Java Software Engineer Role Summary: Design, develop, and integrate resilient Java components within a shared middleware ecosystem. Expactations: • Minimum 4 years of backend Java development experience. • Proven ability to work in structured, platform‑centric settings (large enterprise or shared platform). • Strong grasp of resilience, performance tuning, and code quality discipline. • Comfortable with automation, containerized deployments, and CI/CD pipelines. Required Skills: • Java 8/11+ programming. • Experience with Spring Boot or Quarkus frameworks. • Container orchestration on OpenShift. • GitOps tooling (ArgoCD) and industrialized CI/CD pipelines. • Proficiency with automated testing, deployment, and monitoring. • Platform‑aware mindset: understanding of the broader service stack beyond individual microservices. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent. • Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Java Certification, Red Hat OpenShift or similar) are advantageous but not mandatory.
