Job title: Partner Solutions Architect
Role Summary
Architect, design, and validate integration solutions for mid‑market and enterprise partners, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant extensions of the core platform. Serve as a technical bridge between partner teams, product management, and internal stakeholders to drive revenue growth and partner ecosystem expansion.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop partner integration roadmaps and implement reusable architectural components.
• Design, prototype, and iterate connectors, APIs, and moderate‑complexity enhancements.
• Evaluate partner technology stacks, perform feasibility studies, and advise leadership.
• Present solutions to technical and mid‑level management; contribute to whitepapers, webinars, and demos.
• Support cross‑functional launch and implementation projects, ensuring alignment with governance standards.
• Conduct market research on integration trends and identify partnership opportunities.
• Assist sales cycles by providing technical feasibility, proof‑of‑concepts, and post‑deployment guidance.
• Utilize AI‑enabled tools to streamline tasks while adhering to governance and privacy rules.
Required Skills
• Strong expertise in enterprise integration patterns, API/REST design, and SOA principles.
• Experience with major business platforms (Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.).
• Proven ability to design secure, scalable, high‑performance solutions.
• Excellent communication for presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• AI skills: prompting, evaluating outputs, and integrating AI assistants into workflows.
• Client‑facing partnership experience and collaborative mindset.
Required Education & Certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Master’s degree or relevant technical certifications (e.g., AWS, Salesforce, ServiceNow, TOGAF) are preferred.
• 4–7 years in solutions architecture, systems integration, or enterprise software development.
• 2–3 years in partner or client‑facing technical roles.
