Director, Technology Alliances – EMEA
**Role Summary**
Lead the development and execution of Saviynt’s technology partnership ecosystem across the EMEA region. Drive alliance strategy, co‑development, integrations, and joint go‑to‑market initiatives to generate measurable revenue growth and extend platform value with security, identity, and enterprise technology providers. Operate as senior liaison between partners and internal product, sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
**Expectations**
- 10+ years enterprise technology experience focused on alliances, partnerships, or business development.
- Proven record of driving revenue through joint GTM, technical integrations, and co‑sell frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of identity/security landscape, SaaS architectures, and key ISVs (e.g., CrowdStrike, CyberArk, ServiceNow).
- Executive‑level communication and relationship‑management skills.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage partner pipelines and performance metrics.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for partner engagement, events, and round‑tables.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define regional technology alliance strategy and GTM plans, prioritizing integration categories (identity, ITSM, DevOps, data platforms).
- Build, scale, and manage strategic partnerships involving co‑development, joint marketing, and co‑sell models.
- Partner with product and engineering to roadmap, deliver, and support technical integrations; coordinate with solution architects.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to launch joint solutions, create field‑ready collateral, and run partner‑led demand generation.
- Establish and manage co‑sell and referral programs to generate qualified pipeline and revenue.
- Develop senior‑level relationships with top‑tier partners, conduct joint business planning, quarterly reviews, and performance tracking.
- Act as evangelist at partner events, trade shows, and executive round‑tables.
- Align internal stakeholders (product, sales, engineering, legal, marketing) to ensure partner success throughout the lifecycle.
- Mentor and manage alliance team members and extended technical resources.
- Monitor market, competitive, and partner trends to refine alliance strategy.
