Expectations: • Deliver high‑quality enablement programs that result in ≥90 % training completion and improved SDR and CSM adoption of sales tools. • Increase content engagement, drive measurable improvements in pipeline and renewal metrics through data‑backed program refinements. • Maintain ownership of enablement resources to ensure accessibility and relevance for field teams.
