**Job Title:** Director Strategic Client Development **Role Summary** Lead revenue growth by expanding client relationships and acquiring high-value prospects across global markets. Focus on strategic account development, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable sales execution. **Expectations** - Target 5–10 global strategic client accounts for new sales and revenue growth. - Sustain recurring revenue through quarterly reviews and optimization of client portfolios. - Identify 5–10 new platinum-tier opportunities for integration into existing accounts. - Deliver measurable revenue impact within a 12–18 month timeframe. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and execute sales strategies for complex, large-scale client deals. - Build and maintain high-impact relationships with strategic client executives. - Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Regional Teams to align campaigns and offerings. - Represent the company in external forums to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership. - Manage end-to-end sales processes, including deal structuring, legal compliance, and risk mitigation. **Required Skills** - 8–12 years in sales, business development, or partnership roles. - Demonstrated success in selling to strategic clients with complex needs. - Proven ability to exceed revenue targets in high-growth environments. - Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making. - Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing global client portfolios. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. - MBA preferred.
