Job Title: Programme Manager – Digital Twin
Role Summary:
Lead and oversee a large‑scale, multi‑stream programme that develops a 3‑D Unreal Engine‑based digital twin for a new urban city marketing initiative. Ensure delivery across content, design guidelines, technology pipelines, and asset management while coordinating with film/CGI production teams. Provide governance, resource, financial, and stakeholder management to align outputs with business objectives.
Expectations:
- Own end‑to‑end programme delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and on‑time completion.
- Maintain governance, reporting frameworks, and scalable workflows.
- Adapt programme direction to evolving objectives without compromising outcomes.
- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and enforce programme governance, risk, and change‑control processes.
- Produce accurate, proactive reporting to Leadership and Production Director.
- Plan resources, manage budget, and track financial performance across internal teams and external vendors.
- Lead, mentor, and support Project Managers/Producers across all workstreams.
- Champion continuous improvement of tools, processes, and workflows.
- Facilitate communication between regional, London, and offshore teams.
- Act as primary contact for client leadership, internal stakeholders, and delivery partners.
- Ensure alignment of design, technology, and business objectives across diverse teams.
Required Skills:
- Proven program management experience in 3‑D visualization, gaming, VFX, or related tech sectors.
- Deep understanding of 3‑D production pipelines, real‑time engines (Unreal Engine), data asset management, and content creation workflows.
- Knowledge of media and marketing production processes, especially within architectural or urban development contexts.
- Strong cross‑functional leadership and team‑building abilities.
- Financial acumen with experience managing large budgets, vendor contracts, and third‑party relationships.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to adapt to change, drive process improvements, and deliver measurable value.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Scrum Master or Agile certifications advantageous.
