Senior Brand Marketing Manager – Hardlines (Fixed‑term)
**Role Summary**
Lead EMEA brand marketing for priority evergreen and tentpole properties, with a focus on the Disney Princess range. Translate strategy into high‑impact campaigns across Food, Toys, and other Hardlines, driving awareness, engagement, and sell‑through while managing end‑to‑end delivery, budgets, and partner collaboration.
**Expectations**
- Own the annual EMEA brand marketing plan and ensure alignment with global strategy.
- Deliver measurable commercial results through multi‑market, full‑funnel campaigns.
- Manage cross‑functional teams, agencies, and licensors to produce adaptable, on‑brand assets.
- Maintain rigorous project cadence, budgets, and compliance across all channels.
- Provide coaching and growth opportunities for a high‑performing marketing team.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Develop and execute annual brand marketing plans for EMEA, aligning objectives with business priorities.
2. Lead end‑to‑end campaign delivery: partner pitches, creative strategy, consumer activation, and measurement.
3. Partner with licensees on Disney Princess co‑designed, multi‑market campaigns across Food, Toys and Hardlines.
4. Run campaign operating rhythm: status tracking, milestones, weekly updates, budgets, and toolkits.
5. Brief and supervise creative agencies and internal teams for cross‑category shoots and retail toolkits.
6. Apply consumer, media, and industry insights to recommend optimisations, enhance ROI, and keep content culturally relevant.
7. Coach and develop the brand marketing team, allocating workload, giving feedback, and setting clear expectations.
8. Build trusted relationships internally and with licensees to support joint business planning and long‑term partnership growth.
9. Ensure compliance, approvals, and legal alignment throughout planning and execution.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years in brand marketing for consumer products, with multi‑market experience and budget ownership.
- Deep knowledge of Hardlines (Food, Toys) and retail activation levers.
- Multi‑platform execution: retail/experiential, digital/social, and above‑the‑line.
- Digital fluency and proven ability to drive full‑funnel performance through social and creative content.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Strategic insight combined with disciplined operational execution.
- Cultural sensitivity and experience creating universally relevant, localisable content across EMEA markets.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote) and familiar with legal and compliance frameworks.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; fluency in additional European languages a plus.
