**Job Title:** Expert Product Owner
**Role Summary:**
Lead product ownership for large enterprise‑level applications in a highly collaborative, agile environment. Own scope, priorities, and business value while integrating solutions across cloud, open‑source, and custom components. Act as bridge between stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and technical architecture teams to deliver efficient, scalable software solutions.
**Expectations:**
- Proven senior product owner / scrum product owner with deep business and technical acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to steer multi‑user enterprise systems, cloud‑based infrastructures, and large programmes.
- Capacity to drive architecture validation and documentation at a strategic level.
- Fluency in English; cross‑functional collaboration and decision‑making in English‑speaking contexts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Provide expert guidance on enterprise solution patterns, custom component design, cloud development, build, and deployment.
2. Work within Agile processes: set back‑logs, prioritise items, assess business value and functionality.
3. Understand project goals, data spaces, and initiative objectives; propose technology and process improvements.
4. Liaise with business analysts, customers, users, project leaders, and developers.
5. Supervise implementation of open technical architecture; analyse integration and interoperability of open‑source blocks.
6. Review, validate, and maintain software architecture documentation.
**Required Skills:**
- Agile product ownership (JIRA, Confluence, Big Picture, Gliffy, Balsamiq, etc.).
- Expertise in application management lifecycle.
- Strong grasp of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, COBIT, Zachman).
- Cloud architecture frameworks, infrastructure‑as‑code concepts.
- Experience with large, multi‑user information systems and programmes.
- Excellent English communication skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Master’s degree in IT or related discipline.
- Minimum 13 years of relevant IT experience.
- Certifications (preferred): Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMP, PMI, Prince2 Foundation, or PM2.
